Veal Cutlet Parmesan

1 lb veal cutlets (about 4 cutlets)
1/2 cup flour
8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
olive oil for frying
1 can tomato sauce (8 ounces)

1. Pour flour onto a plate. Lightly pat down cutlets in flour.
2. Dip cutlets in beaten egg, then seasoned breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil over medium heat; place breaded cutlets into hot pan; fry for about 4 minutes on each side, or until browned.
4. Place cutlets in baking dish; spoon tomato sauce over the cutlets.
5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over sauced cutlets.
6. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
