Cauliflower popcorn is an easy, healthy snack I saw on the Dr. Oz show. Mom made a batch earlier today, that I’ve been snacking on.
2 heads of cauliflower (cut into florets)
1 tsp olive oil
On a baking sheet, spread out cauliflower. Sprinkle olive oil over the florets. Bake at 420 degrees for 15-20 minutes. ( or up to 40 minutes for crispier pieces)
