Mint Mocha Frappe

I am currently at home craving a Starbucks Mocha Frappe + eating Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies… so I concocted my own recipe to combine the two! I’m sure this would taste just as good without the mint flavor as well.

Ingredients:
1/2 cold coffee (I used the Keurig and made a cup of regular Colombian coffee and measured out half a cup)
3 tbsp sugar
2/3 cup milk
3 tbsp chocolate syrup + extra to drizzle on top
14 ice cubes
whipped cream
8 Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies (crushed)

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except whipped cream into Immersion Blender (or a regular blender) until smooth.
2. Pour into drinking cup. Top drink with whipped cream and drizzled chocolate syrup.
