4 loosely packed cups kale, torn into 1-1½“ pieces, tough stems removed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Wash and dry kale. Place in a quart size Ziploc bag or small container with a lid.
3. Pour olive oil and salt into bag and shake to coat.
4. Spread out onto a large baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20-22 minutes, until crispy.
