2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
2 medium apples, cored and chopped
2/3 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1.2 cup raisins
1. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise and lemon juice.
2. Add remaining ingredients; toss well.
3. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper.
4. Chill, if desired.
