Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2.In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat together pumpkin, sugar, vegetable oil and egg until combined. Add milk and vanilla and mix well.
4. Add in the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Drop spoonful of dough onto prepared sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown and firm. Let cool completely on wire rack.
