Thanksgiving Acorn Cookies

I found these adorable cookies on Pinterest and couldn’t resist not making them!!

Ingredients:
1 package of Nutter Butter cookies
1 package of Hershey Kisses
1 bag of peanut butter baking chips
about a 1/4cups, or less, worth of frosting

Directions:
1. Twist Nutter Butter cookies in half, and leave peanut butter filling on both halves of the cookie.
2. Press Hershey Kiss into the peanut butter.
3. Place a small dab of frosting on bottom of one peanut butter chip, and press chip onto opposite on the opposite side of the Nutter Butter cookie.
4. Set aside. Repeat steps 1-3 for next “acorn.” Store finished cookies in a sealed container.

** I had made these cookies for a party at my school. I assembled the cookies the night before, and they stayed in tact to eat the next day without refrigeration.
